With a daughter in high school and a son in middle school, the family in this existing one story ranch house in Boulder, Colorado wanted more room to be together. At the top of their wish list was more natural light and a feeling of openness in a reimagined living, dining, and kitchen space.
With beautiful details and thoughtful materials, we created an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space – and for this active, outdoorsy family – a connected private backyard patio, framed by a new detached garage.
With the garage and two additions – one to create a master bedroom and the other = a main entry -- the street view has been totally transformed. The neighbors continue to compliment the owners on how great everything looks when they walk by.
