Pre-design Services

Not ready for the full design process? We offer a range of flat fee à la carte services, from site evaluations to reviewing what you want, need, and can afford to build (also called a pre-design “program”).

Since 2008, Travis Scheefer has designed and built modern, high-performance homes and completed major renovations across the Rocky Mountain west. All of his projects go far beyond meeting energy code, with some designed to the Passive House standard and achieving “net-zero” energy usage.

Travis works with clients and builders who value modern design, low maintenance and upkeep costs, environmental sustainability, unparalleled comfort and healthy building materials. When he’s not chasing around his two-year-old daughter, Isabel, you’ll find him exploring the mountains on bike or skis.
